Hi, I'm Danielle.


For 34 years, I've been proving that strength—both inside and out—can transform lives.

After overcoming extreme trauma and navigating the challenges of pregnancy, thyroid dysfunction, and menopause, I’ve been through it all. I’ve also used my body as a test subject for every trend and fad along the way. Trust me, I get the frustrations and obstacles you're facing.

 

Through my own journey, I discovered the incredible benefits of strength training and cardio. It wasn’t just about building muscle; it was about finding power, confidence, and the resilience to face even the scariest moments in life.

 

Now, I help people in menopause, those recovering from trauma, and anyone needing guidance in fitness and nutrition. My focus is on strength, mobility, and a sustainable approach that works at any age.

 

Whether you’re just starting out or returning after time away, I’m here to support you with evidence-based knowledge, compassion, and a plan tailored to YOUR life.

      And lets not forget the other half - your "diet". Training and nutrition go hand in hand. The quality of your food and how you move your body directly impact how you feel and your ability to handle life’s challenges.

        I know that struggle trying to find the time to get to the gym or get to the grocery store. Whether it's time constraints, finances, or simply the anxiety of not knowing where to start, I’ve got you covered.

      

Fun Fact: You don’t have to feel deprived while making positive changes to your diet or exercise routine!!! We’ll keep it simple, one step at a time (okay, maybe two—you’ve got this!) and yes you can still have your favourites!
